Dreame L40 Ultra Gen 2 : complete overview
A versatile, well-equipped L40 The Dreame L40 Ultra Gen 2 lifts suction to 25,000 Pa across 5 levels and quotes up to 200 minutes of runtime. That is a clear step up from the L40 Ultra AE and L40s Ultra, both rated at 19,000 Pa. It comes with an all-in-one self-cleaning station and 4 carpet care modes, so you can set how it behaves on rugs, whether that means vacuuming, mopping around them or avoiding them entirely.
Arms that reach into corners Its side brush and mop both extend out from the body to reach corners, skirting boards and the space under low furniture, where round robots often leave a strip of dirt. Navigation is designed to avoid everyday obstacles such as shoes and cables, which means less tidying before each run.
Built with pet owners in mind Dreame aims it at homes with pets, and it supports voice commands. It averages 4.3/5 across more than 550 buyer ratings, a volume that gives this feedback more weight than for newer models. The one caveat is that the listing does not state the mop washing temperature or explain exactly what the station does.
